One-to-One Programs

You will make by far the most progress when you have individualized support over a focused period of time. I offer three different program durations, so you can find the one that fits your needs. With every student, the work is different and isn’t one-size-fits all. Our work together will be shaped by you, your body, and your goals. Anyone can teach traditional core work - you can find that on YouTube - but this whole-body approach to core stability is unique, highly customizable, and works with anyone. Imagine feeling stronger and lighter at the same time. Imagine knowing that your core is automatically responding and supporting you as you go about your day. It’s possible!

A huge side bonus is that I don’t just teach you how to connect with your core; I also teach you how to stay connected so that you no longer need me once you reach a certain point. This program is for people who have something small to focus on, want an introduction to the work, or for those who have worked with me before and want a refresher or have something to tweak.

This is a good place to start if you already have a structure in place that supports your wellbeing and is (truly) working well. You don’t have significant pain or physical limitations, but you need help building and maintaining that core connection.

This one is for you if you know you need more time to build your core connection or the work will be more complex. Maybe you have persistent pain, are in the earlier recovery stages after childbirth, or are at the beginning of your wellness journey.
